Oz Games builds its mobile applications as Ad Supported apps. These
SERVICES are provided by Oz Games at no cost and are intended for use as
is. This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by
Oz Games (collectively, the "Apps" or "Service").
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the
collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides
to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and
use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information
that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will
not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this

Information Collection and Use
Our Apps do not require you to create an account and do not ask you to
provide personal information such as your name or email address directly.
However, because the Apps are supported by advertising, third-party
services used by the Apps may automatically collect information that can

(such as the Advertising Identifier), advertising interaction data, app
usage data, approximate location derived from your IP address, and
technical/diagnostic information about your device.

Advertising and Tracking
To keep the Apps free, we display advertisements through AppLovin. To
serve and measure ads, AppLovin may collect and process your device's
Advertising Identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android),
advertising data, and approximate location.
iOS App Tracking Transparency: On iOS devices, the Apps will ask for your
permission before tracking your activity using the IDFA, as required by
Apple. You can change this choice at any time under
Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Consent (EU/EEA/UK): Where required by law, the Apps present a consent
screen (via Google's User Messaging Platform, included through AppLovin)
before personalized ads are shown. You may accept or decline, and you can
change your choice later within the App where available.
If you opt out of tracking or decline consent, you may still see ads, but
they will be less personalized. You can also reset or limit your
advertising identifier in your device settings.
Log Data
Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in an App, we
collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone
called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your
device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system
version, the configuration of the App when utilizing our Service, the
time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as
anonymous unique identifiers. Our Apps do not use "cookies" explicitly.
However, the Apps may use third-party code and libraries (such as
AppLovin) that use identifiers and similar technologies to collect
information and improve their services.
